okay simone, it's like this: i have an iron defficiency problem so i have to take iron supplements. iron supplements increase the chances of constipation...not saying that i'm constipated BUT... since i take the iron my poops are few and far between and when they come THEY'RE HUGE to overcomensate for the poops that i don't take. i know, it's messed up. and it's so hard to poop privately in college.
