This was very fascinating :)

I am sad that Pass The Parcel never made its way over here.

Boxing Day in Canada is all about the sales - I have learned to stay out of the stores then, as I don't handle huge, crazy crowds very well.

I have to try your pancakes, and I must see a pantomime some day!

I have also added you as a friend, if that is okay - I have enjoyed your posts, and you seem like a really nice person :)

I visited Britain for the first time this spring and enjoyed it thoroughly. I've vowed to return, and for more than a week this time!

I love all things British, though I've got no Anglo in my pedigree and it was the BBC that first lured me in.

Christmas crackers have found their way here, and PG Tips.

This was a fun read!

Our tea is indeed awful. I rather enjoyed the way it was made for me by some Italians over the English version, though. But I'm just not a big tea drinker so that might be fault on my end. ;) (I also far prefer American coffee to Italian.)

LOL, the ground/1st floor thing confused me for about the first week I lived in England. It really does make sense, however.

I love this post. It reminds me of all the things I love and miss about being in England. it's also beautifully written.
