Sorry to hear it. If it's a food/stomach thing, two recommendations: cranberry juice (helps kill off the bad bugs; I like to get the nonsweetened concentrate kind and dilute it in water) and an herb called tribulus. You might need to go to a health food store or order online to get it, but even if you don't get it in time for this, it's good to have around. Tribulus is marketed as some kind of booster herb for bodybuilders (yeah) but was recommended to me by some health practitioners I trust for food poisoning, and also, from personal experience: it works.
