Well I haven't posted in a while. Yesterday I had an audition for "Things You Shouldn't Say Past Midnight." It's a play about three couples, two straight, one gay. I got a call during the week from the secretary at the Castle. She said the play is about three couples who get to run around in their skivies, so they thought of me to come audition ( Read more... )

It very much depends on the guy, and how sincere he is.

Frankly, between exams, surgery, and physical therapy, I know I'm going to be busy for the next month, but that doesn't mean I've lost interest in a crush.

If the guy is an ass, then he's an ass. That's all there is to it.

If sistafriend is busy, but makes time to at least reach out and talk to you, then he's interested.

Beyond that, it gets way too complicated for me. :P

If getting through whatever has him busy is his priority, then he probably isn't head over heels for you. But that doesn't mean he isn't interested at all. Then again, it's possible that it's just an empty excuse. It's really difficult to say for sure.

As the straight[est] guy yet to respond, let me tell you the truth.

If he is going to be very busy for a month, he's lost interest.

A weekend, a week... two weeks... these things I could get behind, with a ton of reservation. A month is basically "Look, I'm going to do something else, and if youre still around in a month, I'll call you." If he was intersted, no matter HOW busy the next month is, he'd make time for you. He just would.

And if I'm wrong, and he really is busy for a whole month, and just wont make time for you? Then he's scum anyway.

I just want to thank all of you for being so sincere and supportive. I love you guys. And he is a nice guy, he's always nice to me and never a dick - that is very important. If he's lost interest, that's okay, as long as he's not mean. We do talk occasionally on AIM, so I'm thinking he probably wants to be friends, which is fine with me. I like him a lot, but I'm not head over heels for him either. You guys basically confirmed what I already suspected, and I feel better because of it. Thank you all again. I love you all. *hugs* :)
