It's dessert. If it was meant to be healthy, it wouldn't be dessert.
(She said, with buttercream frosting in the to do list that's, um, pretty much Butter and More butter and also some sugar. And vanilla.)

Only the unimaginative assume desserts need be 1500 calories to be worth eating. :)

A stick of butter...that's a quarter of a pound, right? About a hundred grams?
My American friends keep telling me how much it is and I keep forgetting. *sigh* Why can't you people use normal measurements? :P

Yes, about 100g. I'm afraid all of this is very rough anyway. (
miss_porcupine
does have a point in that it's a bit richer than I had originally planned it, but it's good. I might try a lighter version sometime though.)
