Are you ok?....that was a nasty fall you had.
Do keep in touch with ur friends especially the old ones.....otherwise you will regret it later on..like me..:-(

i'm fine... my legs hurt when i walk... they should be feeling better in a couple of days...

yeah, i need to keep in touch with friends... perhaps they would be the most unexpected people who would help me out in a situation... or whom i could help in their situation...
