If that's real then the picture of someone carrying the dead baby in the pan is utterly saddening. Some googling on it gave me some pointers to something called Anencephaly (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anencephaly)...

yeah, looked into it... it's pretty sad... but the good thing is that the babies don't have to survive long enough through that, neither do they go through the pain of it...
