my heart hurts...there is a real, literal ache in my chest that feels like at any given moment it might explode. perhaps it's only because i'm about to start my period (sorry if that's too much information) but every little thing is getting to me. i'm crying all the damn time. and i feel like there's something wrong with me...not a physical
