I just realized I've not updated my journal in ages. Well, I've never kept a diary and the only pieces that I'd kept from school days, you know, such as the little poems of classmates or exciting events were all destroyed carefully when I decided to move to the States. What part of the US did you/are you move/moving to?

Folks from Canada seem to have never heard of Birmingham, Alabama, but that's where I spent a little more than a year working there. Nice little town in the heart of Dixie, granted redneck land, but I really had a great time.

After 9/11 things changed though, and I was laid off from my job. So I decided to go back. :)

Thanks. That doesn't mean that I'm not worried about any changes that may occur, although, this feeling has subsided a lot more. :)
