Belize 6: Leaving Belize

Today was my last day in Belize; tomorrow I'm on a noon flight out of Belize city. I didn't do anything too impressive today- went up to the Iguana conservation project at the San Ignacio Hotel, and spend some time at the pool. I was to broke to do anything impressive, and too tired to do anything strenuous. That's because ( I went spelunking yesterday. )

WOW. Just WOW.
It sounds beautiful! I'm claustraphobic but would be willing to try for the sake of seeing something so amazing:)
I agree with you about the pictures. It also takes away from being there when you have to stop and snap.

I need to call the conservancy and find some locales for proper beginner spelunking. This sounds so cool.

I've wanted to go spelunking for a long time, and the rec center at UMD rents equipment and has trips. would you like to go with me sometime in the distant future...when I'm still trying to graduate...just kidding. Sometime, rec center or not, we should go.
