I really am terrible about updating my journal. Ugh. It just seems like my life is too boring to even bother with updates. But today I actually have something not boring to post about. I was at Target a little bit earlier looking for Halloween candy for my neighbor's patients. Every Halloween I make up little goodie bags for all her patients
