Regular theme includes only MCs. Here are all the options possible with descriptions.
Awesome P1&P2 descriptions were written by steer2justice while P3&P4 are from wiki for now.

Naoya Toudou
Being the main protagonist of Shin Megami Tensei: Persona, Naoya's personality is entirely left up to the player. Naoya is a student from St. Hermelin High School in Mikage-cho and is only referred to as "the pierced boy". For the most part, the protagonist is silent, only speaking when he is required to make decisions for the team. However, from his interactions with his comrades, it can be seen that Naoya is a compassionate yet levelheaded man who displays a great deal of leadership ability, fitting his default Emperor arcana. He is straightforward and rational, being the one to lead his friends through tough times. He is kind to his friends and looks after them in the mold of a father figure.

Tatsuya Suou
Tatsuya is the main protagonist of Persona 2: Innocent Sin. He is a senior student enrolling in Sumaru City's Seven Sisters High School, a prestigious school known for their tough exams. He is considered to be the "coolest" guy in Sevens, even with his distant and aloof nature. Being introverted, he can display traits of callousness around people whom he thinks are slowing the group down and is very awkward when he is forced to take on a leadership position. In actual fact, Tatsuya's a very private and shy individual, requiring tons of personal space. He can be seen to be inwardly very sentimental, keeping the lighter given to him by his best friend all these years. In Eternal Punishment, Tatsuya's personality is more severe. He refuses to allow Maya Amano to become involved in his battle against Nyarlathotep, resolving to take care of matters on his own. He harbors a great deal of guilt for his perceived "sin", of his refusal to forget Maya Amano and in doing so, indirectly plunging the world into danger once again.

Maya Amano
A major character in Persona 2: Innocent Sin and the main protagonist in Persona 2: Eternal Punishment, Maya is a reporter for the teenage magazine Coolest. She is energetic and compassionate, taking on the role of an older sister for the group in Innocent Sin. Maya is nutty, friendly, silly and extremely outgoing, being more likely to giggle and tell bad jokes. She has natural leadership abilities despite not being the protagonist in the first game in the Persona 2 duology. Her eternal optimism and kindheartedness has inspired and encouraged the group endlessly throughout many trials and tribulations, making her a well loved figure. Her motto is "Let's think positive!" and this has become a source of strength for the party in many occasions. She has a great fear of fire, stemming from an incident in her past.

Minato Arisato
Through the tradition of Shin Megami Tensei series, he is a Silent Protagonist (though he does, technically, speak in battle when summoning a Persona), where his personality is based upon players' actions and decisions. Though, from his choices and text-boxes, it can be revealed that he is somewhat reserved and calm, similiar to his manga-adaption.

Minako Arisato
Through the tradition of Shin Megami Tensei series, she is a Silent Protagonist (though she does, technically, speak in battle when summoning a Persona), where her personality is based upon players' actions and decisions. Although the Male Protagonist is often very reserved and concise, usually only speaking when he has to, the Female Protagonist is very bubbly, sometimes interjecting into conversations at time when the Male Protagonist would remain silent, and her responses often utilize a broad spectrum of emotions, ranging from sarcasm, joking tones, utter seriousness, and otherwise depending on the player's choice.

Souji Seta
Following with the tradition of the Shin Megami Tensei series, he is a silent protagonist (though, as with protagonist of Persona 3, he does technically speak when summoning a Persona), where his name and personality is decided and portrayed by the player's in-game actions and decisions. In Persona 4 The Animation he likes to work on or make origami and cares for his friends. His personality is based on the game's idea of Status. Every episode, we see his stats change and improve through the eyecatch screens. When he first moved, he was quiet and polite, seeming emotionless and cold at times (or even blunt), even when he was bitten by Teddie, he claimed he was about to cry, but Chie questons his expression. but upon awakening his persona he seems to open up a bit. He becomes more reliable and serious, at times seeming almost silly and perverted like Yosuke.
