I'm torn between Maya and Minako, but I think I'm gonna go with Maya Amano from the Persona 2 games. (One of my favorite female characters in any video game, period) Minako and Maya share many similar personality traits, but Maya, in my opinion, has the added advantage of being older and wiser than Minako. Okay, let's do a step by step analysis of how similar you are to Maya.
Spontaneous Idealists are creative, lively and open-minded persons. They are humorous and dispose of a contagious zest for life. Their enthusiasm and sparkling energy inspires others and sweeps them along.- Definitely true. Maya's clearly the glue holding the entire party together in both Persona 2 games. She mediates between the stiff Katsuya and the unorthodox Baofu, the stoic Tatsuya and the loud, emotional Eikichi very well. In fact, her phrase "Let's think Positive!" has helped the team get out of messes many times.
INFPs are introspective, private, creative and highly idealistic individuals that have a constant desire to be on a meaningful path. -

I see so much of both Minako and Maya, but in the end I think I'm going to go with the latter, due to her being more energetic and outgoing, as well as more on the supportive and cheerful side! I see Minako as someone with a lot of energy, as well, but based on her answers she can be a little more on the introverted side? Of course, I can't be sure since I haven't played Persona 2 yet, but from the description that's definitely the feeling I'm getting, haha. Anyway, like you, Maya is someone who's aware of people's feelings, thus making her the one who inspires and encourages the group in all the right moments. I think she also would have a very similar writing style and "Let's think positive!" is just something I can so imagine you saying, haha!
My first thought was Maya, as well, but your negative traits remind me a lot of Minako which makes it really hard to pick. I am going mostly with Maya because she seems a bit more open and optimistic than Minako? at least as far as I can tell.
Well, Maya definitely strikes me as an idealist -- reading the last part of steer2justice vote made me feel stronger about it. I'd say she fits your Spontaneous Idealist personality type -- she is lively and open-minded, humorous and enthusiastic like yourself. She also seems quite funny, compassionate, helpful and mature, as well as easygoing, loyal and perhaps even selfless. Just like you, she seems like the type who'd understand others and doesn't push them to do or say something they don't want. She's very optimistic and seems rather funny -- she'd also be described as nice, I think. She is more energetic, trusting, emotional and impulsive than the other options but I also do see her as someone smart and perhaps adaptable which made me think of you saying you can become calmer and more cautious if the

Maya was my immediate thought as well, as none of the others are really optimistic or energetic. XD Minako can be a little bit, but she's still a silent and mostly quiet protagonist behind that. The emotional part as well-- pretty much all of the others are stoic, and... I'm afraid I don't really have much to add since the votes above already explained it well and I can't really see any other option for you here, heh.
I too thought of both Minako and Maya, but I see more Maya as well. Let's see... she's described as energetic and compassionate, which fits your description of your personality perfectly. She's a very fun, humorous character, which is a lot like you as well. As the "older sister" role of the group, she, like you, would be sensitive to the needs of others and very loyal as well. She's also very much an optimist, like you - I mean, even look at her motto! And she's kind to others as well. I could see her in your leadership style too, taking her personality into account. I think she'd fit your extroversion level best, too. The others have covered it by this point so I'll just leave it for now.
