I think Naoya Toudou, with lots of Souji! I think Naoya is a slightly better option as he fits your tone more and I think Souji might generally be more on the trusting side. I think Naoya is more serious too and I think he also fits your Reliable realist better. You mentioned that you like to lead, which fits him pretty well since he is a natural leader too and you do take in member's inputs and opinions just like him. Reading your whole application gives me strong vibes of Minakowith some Minato.

I would say Naoya for sure. Your overall vibe is more like the guys, but out of those choices, the only one who is more... witty, joking, and cheerful around others is Naoya, in my opinion. My impression of him is that he's a hardworking, determined individual who strives to meet his goals, but also has a more fun side, like you. At the same time, he's also introverted and independent, but he's loyal and caring towards his friends. He also seems more exciteable than Tatsuya or Souji.
