I first thought of Minako when i read your app, but I think i'll vote for Minato here.
you describe yourself as loyal, friendly, calm & patient; and you have been told by friends that you are quiet, but a good friend and reliable. And what your teachers&parents say about you fit Minato pretty much as well.

Your application overall is a lot like Souji Seta to me. You come off as cool and aloof at first, but actually enjoy being sociable to a degree with people who understand you. Like Souji, you're an optimist, calm, capable, and introverted, and have that definite INTP-ish vibe like he does. I am seeing Minato the most in your application. While Minato does appear as cold and indifferent at first, he has a more friendly, compassionate side and in fact, to me he is more shy than distant unlike most male protagonists which is something I thought matched your application. Just like you, Minato is more relaxed, quiet, observant type who is a bit more peaceful compared to the rest of the options. I'd also say he fits a lot of the traits you have mentioned as such self-contained, introspective, loyal, a good listener, patient, calm, too quiet. I think that a lot of your this or that answers fit him rather well, maybe except for the optimistic and trusting parts since these are the traits I associate more with female protagonists but otherwise, I think Minato fits you rather well.
