well I should have also mentioned that they are spliting the costs with my grandparents (they are moving in with us from DE). The addition will add 5 rooms onto the house, four of which are going to be in my grandparents new section( a bedroom, livingroom, kitchen, and handicapped accessable bathroom). The fifth room is a sun porch that will conncet the addition to the existing house.
