Yeah so remember that last entry about me buying a house... welll the deal fell through and i have spent the last six months attempting to buy that same home. Well 6 months later, with about $1000 lost and several life lessons learned i walked away from that property entirely ( Read more... )

Oh I know this story far too well. BUYING A HOUSE IS A BITCH! No one really understands until they've been there. But good luck with the new one... that seems like a great deal and it's nicer than the other one! Let me know about the weird shit you find. That's my favorite thing about new homes, "Here's the weird shit they did to their house and here's what they left behind." My house was fairly boring... just an iron and some signs from the PATCO trainstation. Blah.

my house is coming with a cat, thats all i know about. After Sept 24 and it is fully mine Ill see whats left. There actually is some furniture in the basement that i wanted to ask the current tennants to leave but I couldnt work up the nerve to ask or figure a jokingly way to stick it into the converstaion
