Oooh good point. Considering how much sun Lubbock gets a sunburn on the scalp is a possibilitiy I don't want to chance.
I don't know that I'd actually shave my head, but it just seems sort of amusing in my mind to think about being bald by choice. Maybe I've been watching too much Kids Next Door.
Certainly it'd be a stand-out feature, something I generally lack.

I've shaved my head several times, and I've never needed any oils. I've done a shaving-razor-shave once, and I got migranes from cool breezes, so *that* I wouldn't recommend. A short stubby-hair shave requires no oils, though a hat might help in sunlight.
