For those who do not know, I'm now a front desk worker at a Physical Therapy clinic here in Austin. This is good, at least for now

We have UHC and I swear we have to call them every. single. time we get an EOB because something goes wrong.

Of course, when we do call them, it gets fixed pretty fast, but such is the persuasive power of Hubby.
