Front Country shock

Well I am back from the adventure that is adventure therapy. It was an intense ride. I was lucky to have a fabulous group of kids to work with but, I struggled with my own confidence. I suppose that is normal for anyone in a new job. But the thing is that it is really intense when your shift lasts 3 weeks straight. It is tough to rebalance
