Making butter

After running out of organic butter and not being able to order more (well, I did, but the warehouse was out), I decided to make my own. It's really simple (I'm told), and requires at the least one ingredient. I opted to make cultured butter, as it has a nicer flavor and I'm told the churning is easier.
