childhood argument: ms vs my class

I remember back in 7th grade, our English teacher (english was the 3rd foreign language we were learning at the time) did a class poll. He wanted to know what was more important for a song; the lyrics or the rythm. Yeah, and what about jazz and classical music? Some people think it's great, and much of it doesn't have any lyrics at all. Not to mention that lyrics have to work rhythmically with the song.

The entire question is absurd.

The teacher just wanted to us to start arguing in English and for that intention, it worked.

Needless to say, it was a retarded question.
