About $4.95 Priority Mail which is supposed to take about 3 days. However the asking price pretty much covers most of the shipping for that particular doujin, so the all together cost would be $13.75.

Ah, sorry I don't know the artist, circle, or title. See, I picked it up on a doujin binge last time I was in Japan. Everything save the R18 rating on it is in Japanese. I mean, hirgana -to- romanji the front page reads "Daisuki kezodaikiui" if I'm not mistaken.

Only 4.95 as well, so the total would be about 20 bucks since the shipping cost was factored into those particular doujin when I set the price.
