I've never been remotely interested in politics before. Then came the carnival sideshow that was the 2000 elections. I couldn't have been more annoyed at the results and was quite certain that something was not quite right. Votes need to be recounted in Florida for the first time in history and the votes favor Bush? And who's governor of Florida?
