So I posted last night about seeing Hero. This morning, I'm still in awe. I don't think I can stress to you all how much this movie needs to be seen. It is so beautiful that if my brain had a mouth, it would have been hanging open from the start. I agree with you. This movie was spectacular, beautiful, poetic, colorful, breathtaking and any other positive adjective you can name. But I'm not sure if it will be elligible for any awards this year since it was nominated two years ago for best foreign film. That is how old it is. I don't understand why it wasn't released here back then.

I must get this on DVD now! I had an incredible urge to see the movie over and over again all weekend long. Anyone who knows ancient/world history knows how the story ends but yes, see the film. SEE it.
