He doesn't quite spray him with as much water as he did before. After evolving, Cousteau enjoys using his newly acquired arms to give Sanji noogies from time to time.

Details: Sanji caught Dominique by accident, being caught in a stampede of bug pokemon, he threw many of his belongings at the horde in a state of panic, one of his pokeballs being one of them. In a scenario of sheer bad luck, he caught her. Dominique is very affectionate towards Sanji, but he often takes this the wrong way and is extremely terrified of her. Despite his fear, or rather because of it, he keeps Dominique around for the sake of conquering his phobia. It's not going too well.

He's now grown used to Pierre though, and he often uses it as a variety of tools, such as cooking utensils or hats or other mundane items.
