I cannot say I remember it clearly, but here are my answers:

1) The story that only contains Draco's POV is twilight's ghost, as this is a nice one-shot, and I remembered it clearly...

For question 3, I can only guess...it would be 'sleepless in London', Cocoa's POV is used to show the loneliness and cold and sadness felt by Draco?
