Bleh... once again, it's utter BS. Seems completely unfair, but I suppose similar sentiments tend to be common in the working world.

Really sucks that you're losing your joke-and-walk-buddy, but hopefully we can still hang out with him and his wife sometime. Best of luck with the boss-talk today.. only uphill from here, I hope.
