I love how cats will automatically find a fort-like spot, no matter where they are. All he needs is a blanket draped over the chair to give him a little tee pee of his own.

I do too! I suppose I could drape that purple towel over the footrest and he'd be happier.

Heee! Muffin does that, too, usually under a dining chair. If he's really trying to make a point, he sits there with his back to me.

I usually get the full-face glare when he's grumpy, if I get to see him at all. Please note I have discovered he is actually going off in the woods, so I guess this Juneau adventure is not a complete waste, cat-wise. This makes me happy, although he'll miss that when we leave.
