Bovine Husbandry

Yes you read that right, i am currently writing a report on bovine husbandry in  prehistoric kazahkstan.
In other words i'm analysing sodding cow bones and, after spending all morning drawing pretty graphs of measured bovine metacarpals, i have precisely 1 and half hours to make some judgement on whether it was a dairy herd or a meat herd.
