With so many races so close this year -- more so than any in recent history -- it is imperative that you go out and vote. I don't care who you vote for -- Democrat, Republican, Libertarian, Green, Socialist, Connecticut-for-Lieberman -- just go out and do it. My IHUM section got cancelled. Sweet.

I haven't posted in a long time. School's been pretty busy so far... there's a lot more reading than I'm accustomed to. It's very easy to get behind, especially when there's no real impetus to read the thing in the first place -- such as when there's only one lecture, one discussion, and no essays or tests on the material. Schedule. And I ordered all my books for all those classes, too.

Finally got a bike; went biking for about a half hour today. Also went and played a pickup game of ultimate frisbee. And I suck a lot. Oh, well.

Hopefully my laptop will come soon, then dorm life would be complete.

Woot, moved into Adams House. I didn't have really much to move in, per se, so it didn't take very long. I'm sitting in a computer cluster in Schiff (next door) which is very, very warm. In any case, I am scheduled to take PWR in the Spring, and I got into my first-choice IHUM, both making me very happy ( Read more... )

I put together an ideal schedule a few days ago, e-mailed two of the professors to find out what textbooks they'll be using so I can buy them online, and (finally) found out my P.O. Box.
