Hiya,

thanks for asking, I'm very moved that someone out there remembered me when I haven't posted... :)

I have been very busy with many things, my swimming was going well until I have contracted a cold and don't want to spread the germs and snot in the public swimming pool so now I will have much to catch up on.

I am sure I can improve on it with more weekend swims...

How are you doing yourself?
