< rant>why do all these bastards start off their email with dear sirs? I mean just for that I should discard your email it's insulting. Most of the time these members will have had previous contacts and they are all answered by women so why do you continue to say "dear sirs" ---must

"dear sirs" annoys the CRAP outta me!!!
When I first started working at the hell hole (yes still the same one) all our collection letters said the same thing, and I was like WTF, why ina company where only women work here would the letters start like that???
Needless to say, I took care of that problem.=)
