Where has the summer gone?!

Wow, a week has gone by already? Sorry for the belated replies and comments. I am trying to catch up to them as we speak. Being my last week before I start work again, I spent it pretty much cleaning and moving stuff. Long story which I won't get into but the once grey walls are white again! I was amazed how much scum I was able to get off glass ( Read more... )

whoa, randomly, i went to your journal proper for the first time in a while, and it's really pretty!! what a nice layout...

eep, massive cleaning!! vinegar, jiff, and bleach... no wonder your skin was not happy!! *gets you some nice lotions* but hopefully, all will stay spic and span for a while!!

oooh, japan trip sounds exciting!! you have loads of time to pin down the details. and there should be plenty of sites and stuff to give you tips on traveling in japan. too bad for your older sis, but what an amazing adventure for your niece!! ^_^ so funny that you want to see temples and zen gardens and your sis wants to see... vending machines and 100 yen stores, lol!! ^___^

hope the salon trip worked!! yeah, bleach will fix any dying mistake... and hey, conditioner is good for your hair. ^_~ just hope you end up with a happy result. ^__^

good luck with the your work prep!! getting going again is always the worst. =X *crosses fingers for you!!*

*hugshugs!*

When it comes to carrying luggage around, my strategy is to pack light, and stay at a hotel with a coin-operated washer and a dryer. And if you really don't want to deal with your suitcase on long train journeys, you can also send it ahead by takuhaibin (next day delivery, super reliable, not particularly expensive).

Enjoy the trip planning! ^^

June's a great time to go to Japan. It's about the same time my sister went a several years ago (she came back 30 pounds lighter and with much longer hair and she was only there for 2 weeks too) and she had so much fun and the weather was great (I hope that stands true for your visit too).

I hope the visit to the hairdressers turn out well and they'll be able to fix your hair to your satisfaction. I wouldn't try bleaching though. My childhood friend once had her hair bleached and it made her hair dry and brittle (it might have just been her hair type, I'm not sure).

Happy Birthday sweetie ♥
I haven't visited your LJ for a l-o-n-g time and the changes[layout] are lovely. I'm so happy[and envious] about your holiday to Kyoto and Tokyo! I'm sure you'll be doing lots of research until the flight. Take care and good luck with your coworker woman...^__^
