New Scam?

Just got called with what I assume is a new phone scam. Someone with a heavy Indian accent identifying themselves as a Microsoft certified engineer (and a caller ID of "Unknown name, unknown number") claimed that I had a computer experiencing serious problems. I played along for a bit, but his inability to tell me which computer had the problem was
