Faith-based foolishness

Am I the only one who didn't realize that there is an "Office Of Faith-Based And Community Initiatives" in the White House?

http://www.whitehouse.gov/government/fbci/

Remember, kids: 9/11 was a faith-based initiative, too.

I said nothing about "Islam overall" being the guilty party. Doing something in the name of Allah doesn't mean that all who follow Allah agree.

Perhaps I should point out that the Crusades were also a faith-based initiative.

I think you might be. I was, sadly, aware of this office.

I knew that George was a big fan of faith-based initiatives as a cover for his pushing Christianity, but I didn't know that he'd established it in the government.

Yep, you're the only one who didn't realize that.

You're not, however, the only one to make that observation. Thank god. Uh... :-)
