My sister had a little girl sometime in the last few hours. 10 weeks early. My sister is fine and the baby is doing as well as a premature baby can, on a respirator type machine but dad says she is pink and looks like a little girl. My sister's husband is on his way home from Germany where he was on a work trip. So it has been an eventful two

I am sorry that she had it early, but she could still be heathly. Just pray or whatever.

I'm sure everything will be fine, she just needs some time. My next-door-neighbors had a little boy 9 weeks early when I was about 11, and from what my parents tell me, he's still a happy healthy kid, although apparently he's started playing football in the front yard and the ball keeps whunking into our kitchen window. Lucky thing fifth-graders have no arm whatsoever.

...but anyway. I'll be praying for them both, mom and baby. Congratulations, Uncle John. :)
