So I finally installed FreeBSD/amd64 on one of my Sun dual opteron workstations. Yum:

omgwtfbbq. i never thought you'd actually install freebsd. ;)

so, how does it run? Did you try X11 etc.? I want to get a W2100z but I worry about how well FreeBSD would run it, especially X11/KDE etc.. :(
