Awesome weekend. Yesterday laura and I hit up the catlan festival at gloria ferrer's in napa. Drinking at 10am is fun. Then we made our usual napa/sonoma tour, hit up some in'n'out on the way home, then met up with andreas and got some Spanish tapas in downtown san jose- yummy. I really can't picture you on a ninja. I've never ridden a crotch rocket, but I think you'll quickly find a 500 to be too small. It's a decent starter bike, but I'm not sure you'll want to keep it too long. On the other hand, it's only 390 pounds, a six-speed, and probably red-lines around 15, so it'll go fast enough.

I really really really don't want to kill myself, so I'm starting small. Maybe something 750cc after that, and then low-end Ducati loving.
