I just cancelled my free trial with Blockbuster.com (which I got solely to get a couple free rentals for New Years). I meant to do it quickly before bed, but they gave me a comment section. I wrote comments, but then got a message saying that I had to use 255 characters or less. This meant that my comment lost any semblance of being constructive
