Email humor

I owe 15 million people responses and I owe even more people stuff I have promised them. So what did I do this weekend? Slept. All weekend. If it is any consolation, I feel better.

Ok, #10 is about the only one that pertains to me, oh well and #12, 14, 15... yeah that's about it.

I've never done #1.
Oh and 10 doesn't apply to me. ... mostly because I don't drink coffee.

The rest of them have a hauntingly familiar ring. *grins*

LOL, I bet I've done everyone of these!

Glad you're feeling better.

You're a nut! *grins* Thank you!
I'm thinking 1 and 10 are about the only ones I can claim I have never done... yet.

A frightening amount of YES. and only a small amount of no.
(gah. Got me with #9. But seriously. Who reads numbers on a list?)

especially 2-5 and 10.
... I haven't turned on my cell phone in ages - mostly because there is nobody to call/text. And I kind of wanted to be incommunicando.
emails I can ignore easily. And I don't have remember to charge the computer.

I don't do the texting thing too often. Once a month or so with just one friend. Everyone else is email which I prefer. How people can type on that little phone pad is beyond me.

well this is a rather new hype for you, but we've been doing it for years.
I think I wrote my first text message about 7 or 8 years ago?
You get used to it.
Hey, even our head of government is an avid texter!

But I personally only use it for stuff like confirming dates, sending my family shopping lists, stuff like that. Also very good for when you need somebody to share the SQUEEE! but you either can't talk on the phone right then or it would be too expensive.

I still definitely prefer email, but I use them for different stuff.

I think my biggest problem is that only one person I know actually knows how to use the text function on the phone. SuziQ would probably learn but because calls between us are free there is no reason to.

I did wonder about #9, which probably makes me a HUGE geek... the geekist geek of geekdom I guess.

I do do quite a few of these things, but not all. I still play solitaire with real cards... it's a tactile thing for me, the shuffling of the cards I think.

This was fun though!

You actually caught the no 9 thing? I think that puts you in the genious category. I'm obviously not in it because I can't even spell the word. :)

Don't know if I know the rules well enough to play solitaire without the computer. Is that sad? Probably.

Yeah, that one gets me too. The concept of not having my phone in my back pocket for emergencies ... and minor surprises ... and just anything that might come to mind, is foreign. :)
