That long wistful fond angsty look gives me ALL THE FEELINGS. Seriously, ALL OF THEM. Nnnnng! (that's the sound you make when you feel all the feelings)

Wow, Peter really does put a lot of power into shoving Claude away. Kind of more than I expect him to have before getting super-strength. Not quite sure what to make of that...

I didn't realize it's Peter who pulls Claude's shirt and coat down. I mean, it only makes sense, considering the angle, but... Dude. I suppose I was rather distracted by the quite frankly gorgeous curve of CE's shoulder. I regret nothing.

If there are any more .gifs on the way, could I request some where they get about two-ish inches away from each other's faces? Like when they first met?

I thought that was the sound which described the cut of Adrian Pasdar's suits ;)

For some reason I always thought that Peter punched him in that scene, but he totally just shoves him down there. And honestly, given how solid Claude tends to be, I'm kind of surprised Peter manages it, except that I guess they've kind of been scuffling and Claude is a bit unbalanced? I like it, though. It's fun watching him be fiesty. Claude being handsy and dragging Peter around is just Claude and it's expected, but when Peter gets pissed enough to get physical it's, um, interesting.

I didn't realize it's Peter who pulls Claude's shirt and coat downIt's actually kind of both of them; Claude starts to, and then Peter helps, because he needs to to get a proper look. I love the look on Peter's face when he ( ... )

No, that would be Nnneeerrrrrnn! The difference is subtle, I don't blame you for missing it.

Yeah, I mostly put it down to Claude being off-balance and both of them being confused and scared and upset. *sigh* So many better ways it could have gone if Heroes was on Showtime.

I'm doing my re-watch, so I'll have to look out for that. Shame those are the only scars of Claude's we got to see (physical, anyway).

Always.

That one's definitely among the two-inchers.

Still, I suppose I should have known. I mean Adrian's tailoring is quite affecting, but perhaps not so much as Claude being all lovesick and sad.

Plus Claude had just gotten tasered so he probably wasn't at his best coming off of that. I still enjoy picturing the h/c scenario that would have ensued after Claude woke up, if the world were in any way fair. I like to think Peter also enjoyed picturing that, once he was less angry at Claude leaving him.

Also look out for the way the wall shakes at the door slamming. I got such a laugh at that, in the middle of the pain. You know, I copied the Bridge of Sorrow scene, and realized that, once again, I had been picturing the scar situation all wrong. Possibly because I'm sappy enough to want them closer to the middle of his chest, for thematic proximity to his heart, etc.

CE's neck/shoulder porn skills are well documented, although I have to admit the ratty t-shirt he wears as Claude kind of detracts from that for me. At times anyway.

Indeed it is.
