The mechanics of it probably boil down to a couple of hex nuts, removing some trim, and an amount of jiggling.

The fact that this bit of tube made of piss-poor thermoplastic will cost me a couple of ton to replace, and it failing means the car doesn't work properly is a different thing entirely... My last car did 130k miles with no hose failures. This one? Less than 25k. Shite materials.

Yeah, 25k is not a good sign. Hopefully nothing else has the same problem!

This is the longest hose. If the others self-sprag, they should (hopefully) be significantly cheaper and easier to fix.
