Personally, I think that the distinction between 1 & 2 is so fine as to not require elaboration- "flirting without intent", to me, has always meant that I had no specific motives other than the fun of it. But then again, I've always said that even when I'm not looking for one, I'm not one that will ignore a good time when she sits down on my lap.
Perhaps for those in monogamous relationships, the distinction between 1 & 2 are more important.
As for the wording on 3, I only have a problem with your construction. It's niggling, but the word 'intent' does not fit into the sentence "flirting on the _______". Properly speaking, it should be "Flirting with intent/on the hunt/on the prowl" or intent should just be left out entirely.
interesting changes.. I agree with the above poster on the 3rd distinction, I think intent should likely be left out.
Are you offering these up for Marcon again? Have they accepted them? Getting ready to put my panelist registration in and was wondering if I should list any of your panels when I do. {{{hugs}}} and a *smooch*

Again, IMO, YMMV. ;-)
