And I think this comic is somewhat appropriez.

I woke up, and like usually checked the news. This is the first thing I saw.

Talk about shocked.

Talk about being numb.

I am not sure what else I feel about it. I am just totally shock that someone would do something as heinous as this. Is this the world we live in now?

The Deseret News (in Salt Lake City) has a story about police officers being trained on using a Taser. In the training a few of the officers volunteer to be shot with the taser. This is what the Deseret News had to say:
