I don't think anybody could tell if it's vector or not unless you told them.

I wouldn't know and I'm no digial art retard. But, I do read your journal and website comments often so I know a little of how you work, and I really like your style very much. I'm always envious of other people's styles because we all have our own way of doing things that is unique and almost signature.

I've looked up vector pics and from what I can see in your pic, it's damn good.
I wish I spent the amount of time on drawing and messing with photoshop that I spent on video games, then maybe,,,, maybe I might be close to as good as you are. I still say you should print them out and hang them up someplace to see how much money you can get out of them. Tell you what, if you would want to do that, I would be willing to front you the money to have a few done.....

I haven't talked tot hem in a while, but I know a couple people who work at Kinkos. I they still work there, maybe I can get them to cut me a deal.

Interested?

What do you use? I thought you were primarily photoshop, but are you using illustrator?

thanx for asking, this is another vector style piece created completely in photoshop, i used a reference shot of aynie. i had taken the original shot maybe 5 months ago. The image is not built on top of the original photo but i did use pathways seeded from the original photo to come up with the angle of the eye's and nose, the images is first built with polygons and simple colors then "inked" with the polygon select tool and black fill, then smoothed out with brushes and a wacom digital tablet, lastly i create the backgrounds with the line tool and the polygon select and fill tools, 57 layers and 7 hours. all photoshop.
