although I changed the font size of the links at the side bar and the font of the "leave a comment" link. I hope it's alright.

A question, though. How can I make the italicized words be of the same font color as the entry's contents'? (that is, if I'm allowed to change anything with the layout)

You can change whatever you want in the layout. :)

This is where you put the color for the bolds, italics, etc. To make the italicized words the same font as the entry taking out the "i," in the above code should work.
