does anyone with a mac want to teach me how to use quicksilver?

simply put, it looks amazing, but i have no idea how to make it really work.

I've got it running on my Mac. I'm no pro, but I've used it a while.

Is there anything to it other than pressing ctrl+space? Cos if there is, I've been missing out.

There are a ton of plug-ins and file-handling features that I'm not very well versed in, but they're supposed to be really good.

I pretty much just use it for iTunes and application launching.
