Damn... I have dreams all the time about biting down too hard on one of my teeth until it cracks, filling my mouth with blood and tooth bits. That's all just because of one tooth that I grind on too much. I can't imagine the crazy fucked up dreams you must have.

Since I will apparently only be under local anesthetic, I'm guessing the removal will pretty much be my living nightmare.

Also, you should get a nightguard. Tooth grinding is basically what led to this whole thing. DON'T LET IT HAPPEN TO YOU.

Oh yes, yes. When my wisdom teeth were removed they left behind some little chunks of tooth that we healed over and embedded in my gum.

I was under local anesthesia while they got them out with a cautering iron. Easily my most unpleasant dentistry experience. Now I know what human meat tastes like.

;_; It's the tooth right between my left upper front tooth and my left upper front canine. So I wasn't kidding about the Amy Winehouse look

AWWWW.

Clearly, I have to come up and give you my tooth hurts sex. Right?

BUT SERIOUSLY, you need to come over. I'll nurse you back to health! :D
