The fifth amendment is that one where you don't have to testify 'cos you don't want your head blown off by the mafia, right? ^ ^;

The fifth ammendment is the one where you don't have to testify if the answer will implicate you for a crime.

Actually, you can exchange immunity for your testimony. Then you can get them out of trouble by saying you did it. ^ ^
